massive drop in star citizen with msi rx 590 radeon 8gb oc

can someone help me in resolving this problem i have with my msi rx 590 radeon 8gb oc im playing star citizen and the fps drop to 5 to 10fps dont know why this happens and my specs are

board-msi x99s gaming 7

processor-intel core i7 5820k

gpu-msi radeon rx 590 8gb oc

memorys-kingston predator and savage at 2400mhz

hard drive-ssd m2 2280 mvme

and im playing in an lg 4k resolution tv with instant game response

i realy dont know whts happening with this i apreciate any help you guys can give me
