So I'm looking to upgrade from a 500gb M.2 SSD and a 2tb Seagate HDD (both of which are only half full) to a 2tb M.2 SSD and I was wondering how I could go about transfering Windows and all my games from the two drives to the new one.

This can be done by shrinking the 2tb partition to 1.5tb and then copying it over, then just copying the 500gb partition.
