Need help regarding new high-end 4k gaming and multipurpose computer

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA games @ 4K 60FPS and some bioinformatics

I don't know how much the difference higher ram speed (3200 CL14 vs 3600 CL16 vs 4000 CL17), newer ryzen and 3080 vs 3090 will make. The primary reason for considering Dell prebuilt is because cannot find Ryzen9 5900x or RTX3080 anywhere. My primary high end use would be for gaming at 4k but sometimes I run biomedical simulations, which are mostly CPU-intensive but they also work on older hardware (just take longer). Please advise. I would also love to save some money without compromising gaming quality if you think what I am considering is overkill.

just wait till you can get yourseld a 5900x/RTX 3080, Dell is known for using shit motherboards, Ram, ssd's etc
