I need help im getting stutters and for the past 2 days i was suddenly getting 20fps

Im having a problem where my pc stutters and when playing some games such as csgo and valorant they are suddenly getting 20fps and I have RTX 2070 super, i5 9600kf, 16gb ram 3200mhz, asus z 390a prime

I build the PC myslef and the RTX2070s has the most recent drivers but im getting stutters and for the past 2 days i was suddenly getting 20fps and then when alt tabing it is still slow and looks like i have 10 fps on desktop, can i pls have some help? But ive had problems since i built it such as random fps drops and some stutters on csgo and valorant any help is appreciated.
