Is power limit throttling normal?

I am currently running an i7 9700k with an Asus z390-h motherboard. In intel Extreme Tuning Utility I can see some quite frequent power limit throttling. Is this normal or should I try to do something about it?

As long as you're not thermally bound, yes increase the power limit.

My CPU is hitting around 84 degrees while gaming.

Not bad. Sure raise the power limit a little bit. See if that helps.
