Are 75hz Office monitors great for gaming?

Are monitors labelled for office and home use great for fps gaming? Office/home monitors are cheaper than gaming monitors. Should I buy gaming monitors instead for 54,000 krw or 50$ more expensive?

75hz is 75hz. now panel type matter more

Thank you for clarifying! I am planning to buy AOC I2280SWD and panel type is IPS. Any other brands to recommend within 100,000 krw or 90$?
