Gtx 1660 super usage stuck

So i have a gtx 1660super and an i5 6400 (stock) every game on my pc no matter the graphics my gpu stays at 46% pls help i only get 40-50 fps in AAA games

Have you used a software like MSI afterburner or precision x1?
Have you tried benchmarking your rig?

I dont know how to benchmark i am in 8 grade lol and yes i have msi afterburner
