Decent Call Quality with Bluetooth Headphones under Windows 10

Hello,

 

So my question is are there any ways to go around the problem with Bluetooth headphones under windows, that if one wants to use them as a mic and speaker at the same time they switch in a so called free hand mode and the audio quality wents from being good to absolut shit. Especially important in Programs like Zoom etc. Or is this a limitation on the side of the bluetooth protocoll. Thinking about buying some sony wf-1000 but i would need to use their mic for about 4 hours per day so this is a rather important factor for me. Or has anybody experience with Sony headphones under Windows on how their mic works.
