quality of current Corsair CX650M/VC650 PSUs?

so you are looking at arounf 600w power consumtiption on your WHOLE system when ocercloked. When at stock under 500w

so stock 10700k and stock 1080 ti with all the peripherals and other components will draw around 500W give or take? and for any upgrade or overclocking headroom 650Watt might not cut it, correct?

Yes under 500w stock. Overcloked 650w will be fine. But the Unit has to be decent Has to have DC-DC and preferrably LLC resonant. So you from Germany? what is yoru budget. I can help to get you decent 650w+ unit. Preferrably over 700w since you want to upgrade your gpu at some point

cx650m is highest price on amazon.de i am willing to spend

i am not buying new gou now, when 1080 ti breaks i will, only reason u upgraded from gtx 970 was because the gtx 970 broke 2 months after warranty ended and i thought i need gtx 1080 ti for 1440p 60hz, but 1070 would have been even good enough
