3700x with stock or 5800x with cooler

I'm a first time builder. I have B550-PLUS motherboard from ASUS, 32 GB (3600Mhz 18CL) of ram, Samsung Evo 970 1TB, Masterbox MB511 from Cooler Master with 650W PSU and ASUS TUF 3070 OC. I would like to ask which CPU to buy. I wanted to buy the Ryzen 7 3700x but people say it has heating issues. I don't want to buy cooler I would like to use stock cooler. I use Sketchup, 3DS MAX, Revit, Rhinoceros 6, Photoshop, Illustrator and Lumion. Sometimes I use 4 of them at a time. I do play games but my primary reason of my build is these programs.  If you say I need to buy a cooler I would prefer Ryzen 7 5800x. Which one do you think is better?

well if you oc or do heavy workloads then you'll need a cooler anyways. But in any case, I'd get a 5800x or wait for the rumoured 5700x, they are so much better in terms of performance, and deserve the extra money

You can use the 3700x or 5800x with the stock cooler, they might run a bit hot but they won't hit their thermal limits, not even close. That said what is the primary use for this system? If gaming, get the R% 5600x.

then the 5800x, these 4 at once will make the cpu hot. Either the 5800x, or if you can the 5900x. Since you might need the more cores
