I couldn't install these two windows updates so i can install my nvidia driver and i dont know what to do anymore

As for the actual updates, you could get them here if you desperately need updates for an outdated OS:

You should really update your system more often, the SHA-2 signing update was released in March 2019. 

 

I'd advise doing a full update through WIndows Update which should pull the servicing stack and additional SHA-2 signing update required. 

 

What SP are you running? SHA-2 update requires at least SP1 I believe so if you can't install it, you may need to install the service pack first. 

 

That being said, I would recommend moving to Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 as Windows 7 is almost a year out of date in terms of security at this point.
