As the title says. I am perfectly willing to pay retail but can’t pay these insane eBay prices, and wouldn’t want to anyway.

I've heard that scalpers are no longer getting the insane markups they are asking since RTX 3000 and RX 6000 cards have been released on the market. The demand is now split, so I would expect decent availability in the next couple of months... hopefully.
