Looking for wireless usb dongle headphone

Hey, as title said, i need help in finding wireless usb dongle headphone. It needs to :

- Atleast stereo output

- Have a mic

- Able to become wired headphone with a cable input

- Using USB dongle as wireless input (NOT Bluetooth, but if it able to use Bluetooth only as an option i don't really care)

As budget, i'd like to keep it under 150 USD, but if it's worth it i'm willing to strecth it. My priority is price/performance, as long they fulfilled the list above.

Well, basically just gaming and video conference, but the main priority is video conference. So a decent mic is really preferable. For gaming i'm just a casual, so as long as i can tell where the enemy via footsteps then it's ok, i don't really need those low input lag, RGB, etc.
