GTX 1080TI or RTX 2070 Super

KTK27

I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and GTX 1660 super with a 650 PSU

I have a 1440p monitor @ 170 HZ with gsync enabled I would like to upgrade my GPU to better deal with 1440p gaming. Currently a rtx 2070 super is selling for 280$ and GTX 1080ti is selling for 200$ so I'm torn between those two. I would like a graphics card to survive for 4 years at max and 6 years if I'm lucky

1080 ti has the same or little better performance with less features. So if oyu do not use RT or DLSS or stream with the gpu you should get the 1080 ti

If you want a GPU to survive 4+ years, get the 2070 Super. It has RT and DLSS support, so it will scale better as time progresses.
