Looking for a TV Mount to turn 90° for a 49" TV

So I'm looking for a Wall mount for a 49" TV,  basically it's coming out from the side of the wall and needs to be turned almost 90 degrees to face me. It's for a bedroom setup. Anyone know of any mounts like this?

something like this would work...i use this on my 75' and it angles it pretty good, 49" should almost go 90

Forgot to mention I'm Canadian, that's $54 import and I'm not willing to pay that
