looking for a quiet one to keep it cool

not looking to overclock

just want quiet use

 

not sure if air or liquid

open for offers

Yes, it should be adequate.

I'd also look for Arctic's Freezer 34 Esports Duo - it's usually a bit cheaper, while performing slightly better in terms of cooling performance.

What case and ram are you using?

not so budget limited but not looking for overpriced one looking for one to keep the cpu cool and  quiet 

probably not gonna run any overclocks
gonna pair it with 2x16 ram  3600
and case with good airflow

Model names? The case and ram clearance can limit cooler compatibility.
