How long until I contact a seller?

I made a purchase on October 26th, and the purchase hasn't shipped yet. It's not expensive, just $25, but how long should I wait until I contact the company to inquire about when I'll get this? Selling company is Savage Jerky, and I understand they were sold out of pretty much everything, but some stuff was still in stock, and I've been wanting to try their stuff...

It's the weekends so give them some more time? 3 business days seems sufficient

 

If they still didnt reply, then u can ping colton or Linus, since it's something they are promoting

Not to say that they're responsible, just to let them know that the company that they're promoting is having issues

They are promoting it? Most of their products are 'out of stock' right now, so I'm sorta surprised...

 

Yeah, I figured I'd give it a few days and then escalate it, if necessary.

Savage Jerky is a long time sponsor of the WAN show - not sure if they're still sponsoring it lately though, as I rarely get a chance to watch a full WAN show.

 

As others have mentioned, you emailed them on a Friday - if they're experiencing high volumes of support emails, it's entirely likely that no one has even read your email yet.

 

Now if they haven't responded by tomorrow (Wednesday) end of day (I'd assume 5PM EST - not sure what time zone they're in), then I would send them a followup email, and also reach out to LTT staff here on the forums (Colton usually responds pretty quickly but I usually tag several staff).

 

If, for whatever reason, they still don't respond by, say, end of the week? I would do a chargeback on your credit card (or if you paid via paypal, request a refund through there).

That's the plan. I haven't recalled any recent WAN shows being sponsored by Savage, though. I might have missed it if they were sponsoring a show, though, as I don't 100% pay attention to the sponsors...

Seeing how most of their flavors were out of stock, they might be having problems at their local level.
