Best case to get brother for Christmas

My brother wants a new PC case for his rig as he's using a super old dell case right now. I'm having trouble deciding which one to get him because there's so many decent looking options to choose from.

requirements are ATX, decent airflow, see-through side panel (doesn't have to be real glass), and he really wants it to be white.

I would like it to be under $55, $60 absolute max

Any suggestions?

Not really any white cases with decent airflow, 4000D is $80, and there's a likely lower build quality DIYPC white case with a mesh front.

I have a master box of some sort, the one in my sig is wrong i think its the mb520, but it is an utter pain in the ass to build in, cable management options where eh, airflow is not great at all, the black brim on the tempered glass panel isn't fully coated, and the rgb shines through it. i would of went with a meshify c if they were available when i bought, but they weren't, and i regret not waiting lol.

as for white, get a spray can. maybe use plastic dip white. so if you dont like that color you can just peal it off and change color
