This could be the case.  Nintendo pays attention to the fact that kids don’t buy consoles, parents do.   There has been a degradation of such things.  Perhaps Nintendo is behind the curve.  Time will tell.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
