Hi, do i need any of these startup programs so i can make boot times faster. Which ones can i disable?

only thing needed is the realtek audio driver the rest can be disabled

doesnt sound like anything you need. 

as for update, right click it and go to "Open File Location". If it is anywhere suspicious then uninstall immediately and run a av scan
