Arctis pro wireless Problem, help

Hey, i have had this headset for 4-5 month now and i have had no problems with it, but after a windows update that was recently my headset randomly mutes all sound. I feel like i have tried everything but nothing workes. i have tried steelseries techsupport and reported a ticket. But no answear. I was hoping that some of your clever minds would be able to help me.
