Can such a graphical glitch be caused by a faulty GPU, or is it more likely to be a game bug?

Hey, while playing the new Call of Duty on my new graphics card, I have encountered weird graphical glitches twice.

If I remember correctly, both of these have appeared after I've been alt-tabbed out of the game for 10-15 seconds.

I have not see any graphical glitches in any other game so far, but I have also never seen a game cause such a mess.

Do you think this is due to a faulty GPU or is it more likely to be a software issue?

Well this is a new game so bugs are possible, and what is your gpu, and did you install latest drivers

My GPU is an RTX 3080, and yes I have the latest drivers. I have also just DDU'd and am going to reinstall the drivers now to make sure this is not a driver related issue.

yeah, you should do that, but it is probably a bug, since as I said it is a new game, so don't freak out

It's not a bug, it's a feature.

Maybe the game is supposed to be in all the wrong colors and oversaturated as a prank.
