32 years a Mac user, today I built a PC

Budget (including currency):

Country: Mexico

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Unreal Engine, Adobe Cloud, variety of 3D apps.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Asus x570 TUF Gaming w/wifi, Corsair 550W PSU, Ryzen 7 3700x, Corsair Carbide 175R mid-tower, AMD Nitro Sapphire RX590, 32 GB Corsair 3200 RAM, 2 EA 1 TB M2, Asus 1024 Monitor, Viotek 34" 1440x3440 curved Monitor.

Upgrading from 2013 Mac Pro that I bought new in 2013. 12 core, D300s, eGPU, 1 TB M.2

Now that the build is up and running.. (I'm guessing here, because I have no video output), what's the best way to 1. get my monitor working, 2. install Windows? (I have a Pro license that I've been using in Boot Camp on my 2013 Trash Can).

Is the monitor plugged into the GPU or the motherboard? It must be the GPU for this application.

Secondary: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, Fedora 38 x86_64

Server: AMD Athlon PRO 3125GE, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 ECC, TrueNAS Core 13.0-U5.1

Home Laptop: Intel Core i5-L16G7, 8 GB 4267 MHz LPDDR4x, Windows 11 Home 22H2 x86_64

Work Laptop: Intel Core i7-10510U, NVIDIA Quadro P520, 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x86_64

the parts are fully compatible so assuming nothing is broken, let's examine what might have gone wrong in the build.

@svmlegacymentioned a very common problem, only the GPU will have video output and nothing will come off the motherboard. Also, can you copy/paste a picture of the inside of the case in the original post? There might be something obvious we can help with.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Be sure to plug your display cables into the ports on your graphics card, not the motherboard. Also, be sure that the GPU is properly seated inside your case and that the GPU has all the power cables plugged in.

I've only successfully transferred a Windows 10 license once. You can try this guide too see if it works for you: https://techwiser.com/transfer-windows-10-license/#:~:text=Transfer Windows 10 License to New Computer 1,the current computer. ... 3 Install Windows 10

First though, you'll need to create a bootable USB to install Windows. You can do this with another computer:
