  • Cooler is trash. Either use stock, or get something better.
  • MSI X570 boards are trash. I'd get something else. Hardware Unboxed usually has "best ___" videos.
  • I wouldn't bother with so many extra fans.
  • Try to get something with CL16 for the memory.

Personally yes, as I wouldn't want the fan on the motherboard and the other features of X570 I don't find overly useful.

Check out the Hardware Unboxed "Best B550" video and choose from those.

Hey there, my personal opinion :)

1. The motherboard
is a really good choice. Even from Hardware unboxed video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rD65w5RVmtY) and from Buildzoid / Gamers Nexus (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2KbpmMg44M) they seem to suggest it has one of the best VRM configuration. Plus one advantage of X570 over B550 is that you can add more M.2 ssd without saturating your PCI-E slots. Keep that in consideration

2. If you are going for a B550 motherboard instead, I would suggest MSI Gaming Edge Wifi or Gigabyte Aorus Master if you are happy to spend that much money.

3. CPU cooler choice is OK. You could technically upgrade to something like NH-U12s to get slightly better performance, but is it worth the cost? You gotta decide that : )

4. The p500a comes with 3 fans included. So technically you may need only 3 more fans (2 top and 1 exhaust) so you could cancel one of those fans. You may need a phanteks universal hub to connect all fans though, or a Y-splitter (that comes with the fans I guess). Regardless, just ensure your motherboard has atleast 1 (or 2) ARGB headers to connect rgb pins.

5. Maybe check out 2x 16gb 3200 kits to go dual-rank configuration for memory which may fit in the same price bracket.

Otherwise solid choices ! Good luck!
