Dell S2721DGF or Samsung Odyssey G7?

Slazyel
Go to solution Solved by Gaires,

Out of those two I would choose the G7 unless you're going to calibrate the monitors yourself as the Dell has horrible factory calibration.

But there are other good options around the $500 range, take a look at these also.

Guys, which one is better? Dell S2721DGF or Samsung Odyssey G7? Cant decide which one to buy.

I play all kinds of games, from rpg to fps. Currently where i live they are both at the same price, $500 ~ $550. Considering this, which one would you recommend?

I'd go with the DELL. Seen some reviews of the G7, quite underwhelming in my opinion.

I would maybe wait a few weeks, dell/Alienware are releasing a few more monitors, and so will others in a push upto Christmas.

Hi guys, i still have not buyed any of them. Now Samsung Odyssey G7 (1 year warranty) is $525 and Dell S2721DGF (3 years warranty) is $450.

Which one should i choose based on those prices?

It appears that they have fixed the flickering issues with the G7, but still.
