How do I get through AMIBIOS when I don't have a f1 key?

I just restarted my pc to correct my ram frequency and now I'm brought to AMIBIOS, but I don't have a F1 key, so I can't continue. Is there a way to get around this? Can I just restart my pc using the power button on the case and get around this?
