Moving into a property with only 11 Mb/s - UK Help?

I actually work for one of the above named companies. The issue is that open reach look after all the infrastructure other than virgin. So no matter who you go with, it's the same speed as its the exact same lines. Just the bill is a different name.

The only alternative to that is FTTP broadband that only really BT and Zen provide, but that's still pretty rare in the UK. Its more rural areas or brand new builds that are getting it.

If you want to DM me the full address, I'll check my work systems and see what is available for you so I can give you a definitive answer?

I am moving into a property in the UK in one of the popular cities.

The apartment itself is quite a new build and posh etc, however the whole apartment complex (40 properties total) is limited to rubbish internet speeds. I have searched the postcode (M5 5EB) and it says you can get up to 67 Mb/s, but when you go to sign up mutiple providers are saying superfast broadband (let alone fibre) isn't available and the most I can get is between 6-11 Mb/s.

This includes multiple different popular and niche provides: Virgin, BT, Talktalk, Plusnet, HyperOptic etc.

So dear UK network experts, I need help with the following:

-Do you know of any providers that can somehow upgrade the the flat/or nearby etc? - What is actually involved. Surely a fairly new build high-end flat should have access to high speed internet these days.

-If not, what would you recommend I do?

I have already put a deposit down on the property so any advice would be appreciated.

I need at least 30 Mb/s as I would like to game, stream, stream videos in 4K and work from home with video meetings.
