Bios freezing after installing NVMe SSD

brumone

Hello guys!

I bought an Western Digital Blue SN550 1TB SSD. After Installing it, my BIOS just freezes, I can't even get into the BIOS, it just freezes.

When I remove the M.2 SSD, the PC boots, I can get into Windows and everything runs fine.

I already tested the two M2 slots that I've got on the motherboard, the problem still happens.

Hope that somebody can help me or maybe give me some tips on what is occurring. Thanks in advance!

My config is:

Motherboard: ASUS X570 TUF GAMING WIFI

RAM: 2x8 GSkill TridentZ DD4 3200mhz

CPU: Ryzen 3700x

PSU: CoolerMaster 650W

HDD: Western Digital Green 1TB

SSD: Western Digital Blue 3D NAND 500GB
