Did you look at the cpu support list here https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-us/sln290703/the-hardware-specifications-for-the-precision-t3600-desktop-workstation?lang=en#Processors. Not listed so its not offically supported.

 

It should work though.

 

Seems like a weird chip to choose though, id get the e5 1600 series.
