More overclock settings for i7 10700k

Greetings,

I already did an stable overclock at 5,05 Ghz by changing only this settings:

 

• CPU ratio: all core.
• CPU ratio: 50
• CPU ratio mode: Fixed mode.
• Voltages override.
• Ring ratio 47.
• CPU core voltage: 1.265.
• CPU loadline calibration control: Mode 3
• Stock XMP profile 4000  19-19-19-39
• Bus clock 101 Mhz: this helps me a lot in a single core old game I play.

 

But when I see professional overlockers I note they move a lot more settings, which settings would you recommend to change additionally to what I showed you?

Anyway, I'll never get why gamers overclock new top of the line CPUs to play a game that perfectly runs at stock. e-pp reasons probably but that's not a nice way to impress girls

I'm not asking for the values of the settings, I'm asking for what more settings do I need to change in order to improve estability, life of the CPU or speed.

Example: voltages like VCCIO, spread spectrum .. etc.

Update:

Im at 5,125 Ghz now "stable" (not in prime 95 when it reaches 230 W):

 

• CPU ratio: all core.
• CPU ratio: 51
• CPU ratio mode: Fixed mode.
• Voltages override.
• Ring ratio 48.
• CPU core voltage: 1.32.
• CPU loadline calibration control: Mode 3
• Stock XMP profile 4000  19-19-19-39
• Bus clock 100.5 Mhz: this helps me a lot in a single core old game I play.

What more settings would you reccomend in order to improve things (speed, CPU life or temps), for example I never touch those extra voltages ISS or C states.
