Signing in loads forever, but is signed in

Browser, version and OS: Chrome Win 10

 

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

sign in by typing username and password

 

What happened?

loads forever, but when i clicked other pages it's signed in

 

What did you expect to happen?

page to reload and land me at the page im at

does not happen on my mobile, but happens on both my PC

Sign in took what felt like forever this a.m. and all pages load much slower (typically its next to instant reaction click...everything has a wait time now)

Some things are slower, and I am investigating, but even after signing in it's not taking more than 5s to load for me. Things were slower earlier though - is it still an issue for you now?
