MONITOR DISPLAY PROBLEM

Help! My monitor suddenly flickers and turns white(see the attached video) after some time of using. I am using a dual monitor setup, but the other monitor is working fine. I also interchange the 2 cables still the same, both cables are working fine. Both monitor has 2 ports HDMI and Display port
