Do I need to upgrade my psu?

I currently have a corsair TX750M which is overkill for my ryzen 5 1600x and 1060 6gb however I'm planning on upgrading to ryzen 7 5800x and RX 6800XT and I can't seem to find a definitive answer on whether I should go 850 or 1000W or the 750 will be more than fine or it really is pushing the limit.

Most likely not.

I say most likely because you're talking about two unreleased products, in the 5800X and 6800XT.

If we're to go by AMD's claims that the 5800X will pull around the same power as a 3800X, and that the 6800XT is a 300W card, then 750W is plenty, but waiting for proper reviews to verify those numbers first would be the best way to go about it.
