Lenovo phone possibly bricked help!

Hello recently both of my lenovo z5 and lenovo s5 phones (both factory unlocked bootloader) started acting weird.

While idle my phone's ram starts going from 20-30% up to 100% for 20-30 seconds and then they power off (crash). First it was the z5 and 2 days after the other phone while my xiaomi phone stays perfectly fine.

Can you guys provide me with possible solutions? Are both of the phones bricked?

Thanks in advance for your answers!

P.S I,ve tried factory reset on both phones but the problem still persist.

You probably installed something malicious that infected itself into your system or boot partition or something hence why factory reset didn't help. Try flashing a new rom onto your device and see if that helps.

It's easier to just start fresh especially with mobile devices. No point spending hours trying to diagnose problems that can most likely be resolved with flashing a new ROM or performing a factory reset.
