There's a decent chance I'm being stupid, but why won't my DaVinchi Resolve render go faster?

My gpu and CPU look like they're doing pretty much no work, and I have a decently fast SSD I'm having it saved on. I don't believe they're thermal throttling. Do I need to change some settings or something to make it allocate more to Resolve idk

What are your output settings and system specs? You need to enable GPU rendering somewhere from settings, otherwise it's just CPU.
