Can i run HLA?

I was wondering If anyone has personal experience on playing half Life alyx on 1660 base model or would i need to replace my gpu before considering bying vr? 

 

Specs: 

Cpu: Ryzen 3600

Gpu: GTX 1660 6GB

RAM vengeance 16 GB 3200mhz

Is it gonna look trash or Be jittery as **** so you get motion sickness or something?

Looking trash doesn't necessary cause motion sickness. Take it from a guy who plays Destiny 2 on a 550Ti. A card that's far below the minimum requirements for that game.

But i mean i want to have atleast decent looking experience then theres no difference between playing on monitor and shitty looking vr

I played through half of it on a 1050 ti, then upgraded that system to a 580 and it was perfect on both

The game is fun as hell, it won't be the graphics that ruin the experience for you
