Benchmark Suggestion: Chess Engines

In particular, Stockfish 12 and lc0

I think using chess engines is a useful benchmark. You can use the nodes per second as a score.

What are your opinions?

Do you know what resources these engines use and whether the scores are reliable (score difference is under 1% repeating test on same hardware 10-20 times)? The purpose of benchmark is not only to test whether hardware works and how well it works for the job (games, Blender etc.), but to offer reliable comparison between multiple pieces of hardware. Also easy of use is important for professional reviewers as they need to run tests multiple times for even same hardware to eliminate any inaccuracy.
