Vertical GPU Mount + Elgato Stream card (Will it work?)

Hi! this is my first post in here (dunno if I came the right place? ^^..) 

 

So I want to do vertical mount on my 2080 but I need to buy Riser cable(dunno which one to get yet), I stream PS4/Switch games via Elgato pcie capture card on twitch. Is it possible to use one of the lower slots of my motherboard with longer riser to still squeeze in my capture card in the back (I know its bad practice to have the gpu fans close to panel but I want it look nice, it barely spins with fan curve I set for gaming)

 

I'm using x570 Asus Tuf Wi-fi mobo with EVGA 2080 Super card and Corsair 4000D Airflow case.
