Display color faded or darker on start up

What causes display color faded or darker on start up  but when i restart the pc it goes back to normal. This happens when i leave the pc shut down for a few hours.

Do you perhaps have an old monitor with a cold cathode lighting panel?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Usually when I've had issues like that its either the HDMI cable or the monitor. Try a different cable.

i dont have an old monitor. i use a hdmi tv
