WGat gpu is the best for streaming with my current hardware?

So ive been wanting to steam for a while and i got a new pc recently. It has a intel i-7 8700, 12 gigs of ram (yes i know is kinda weird) , a 1 tb ssd, and a no gpu.

I was just wondering what the best one for streaming at a preferably low cost would be?

What do you mean, like watching streamed content? Or are you talking about doing hardware transcoding of existing content?

 

In terms of watching streamed content, almost any modern GPU can do that even the integrated graphics chips can handle that no problem.

 

An RX 550 or GTX 1050 would work fine and be overkill for streaming.

Nvidia's streaming features are significantly better than what AMD offers, especially on older hardware.
