3080/3090 Timespy Graphics Score?

EnVii

What’s considered a good graphics score for a 3080/3090 in Timespy?

looking to make comparisons but can’t seem to be able to find any?

Specifically for air cooled cards only.

For out of the box 3080 is 16xxx to 18xxx without anything extreme the variance depends on the CPU used.  16xxx should be in the high range and 180xxx in the low range.

I just done some tonight, wanting to see if I had done something to restrict the card.

MSI 3090 gaming X Trio (19757)

3700x (9924)

Total = 17200

Looks like there is some differences between myself and top 100.

The top results are always going to be the extreme overclockers. You can narrow the search results to match your clock speeds.

My Strix OC is getting around 21,740 on the graphics score.

Run it there's a comparison after you finish the test.

You can search all the results on 3dmark.

I actually managed to get into top 100 in Firestrike or Timespy some time ago, on air...

I think my card is just a really good overclocker, it's certainly not me because I barely know what I'm doing! 🤣

A few years ago I was #1 in my hardware category without any overclocking. i7 2600K and GTX 1080 TI SLI. Probably because I was the only person in the world with that combo. 😜

Yeah haha, in some cases it's easy... Tho I checked the top spots of course too, they all had ridiculous frequencies and some even stated"on ice" or something like that.. So obviously no chance to get these guys lol...

Not that I care about the spot per say, it just showed me that my OC isn't too "bad". :D

The comparison doesn’t show much, I can’t find where it’s just 3090s.

Then you are fine. Don't worry about trying to match the highest scores. I use 3dmark just as a general ballpark to make sure the hardware is working. As long as you are within a couple thousand points its OK. There is always going to be variance based on your specific hardware, your overclocking or lack of, your software that is running and even things like your Power Plan (High Performance is best)

If you had a score of 10000 or something then you know something is wrong.
