Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics harware

Hello!

 

I am getting the captioned error whenever I run games. Anyone else faced this issue and found a solution?

 

My config:

GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS ULTRA

UPDATE:

 

It seems this issue was being triggered by the fact that my card is factory overclocked. I have now activated NVIDIA's Debug Mode and everything runs smoothly. I am wondering why this could be happening though. My guess is that I won't be able to make full use of the card is I have to underclock it
