Prices in the UAE are roughly double what they are in the US, that build is literally the only way for you to get both a 1080p 144hz monitor and a GPU that will push those kinds of framerates - and that too only in lighter esports titles like CS:GO, Overwatch, Valorant, Fortnite, PubG etc.

 

There's no way to meet your $1100 (4040 Dr) budget or even get close to it with the hardware described in @mahyar's build, although you should know that an RX 580 with an R5 2600 isn't that much slower than a 3600 with a 1660S

The prices on pcbuilder is with shipping charges, I am going to but it from a store as I don't need to spend extra on shipping so I could possibly buy the 1660ti with 1TB of SSD. I will be upgrading to 2060 after a few years when 1660ti becomes completely outdated.

yes. you should buy soem fans in the front and top. buy 3x arctic p14s or 2x artic p12s. they are cheap and good. put 2x of them on the frotn for intake and 1 at the top for exhaust and now you have really good airflow in your case with quiet fans. you could also replace the rear stock fans with p12 fan
