Noctua NH-U12A fan curve

I'm currently running a Noctua NH-U12A CPU cooler, which comes with 2 fans, on a Ryzen 7 3800x and was wandering if both fans should be running at the same speed, or should one be running faster than the other for a better cooling performance.

The splitter may make cable management and running the fans at a similar speed easier.

Why would it be beneficial to run them at different speeds?

 

Last I checked you would just be causing resistance between the two fans and restricting the airflow by doing so.

 

Plus, it won't help with noise levels either.

Started using the splitter so fans are running at the same speed. Actually saw a slight temperature improvement in Cinebench from 78c max to 75c max
