Ram not showing up in Mystic Light

Hey everyone, I have an MSI Motherboard and want to use Mystic Light for all my parts. However, Even though my Ram (Adata D60G) Supports Mystic Light it doesn't show up in Mystic Light. It only shows up in Aura Sync. Do I have to uninstall Aura Sync to use it with Mystic Light? Can someone help me please. Thanks.

Btw my ram only showed up in Mystic Light once for some reason and never showed up again after I don't know how

There can be a conflict going on and you are right.  I woudl uninsatll all software related to the RAM or Lighting then install the latest Mystic Light and tell us what happens.

Uninstalling Aura didn't work unfortunately still Mystic Light doesn't detect my Ram

Did you also uninstall Mystic.  Also say Aida64 does that show your RAM or CPU-Z for that matter?  Something seems tangled or something.

Make sure AURA is COMPETELY uninstalled.

It will / may leave behind some leftover folders + files in your C Drive, which can still cause Mystic Light to not work properly.

You may need to manually delete them.

I uninstalled Aura Sync in order to get Mystic Light to detect my Ram. Because I want Mystic Light not Aura Sync

I recently updated my dragon centre software and since then my ram (gskill trident z RGB) has also disappeared from mystic light. I don't have any other rgb controlling software in my computer other than the steelseries engine for my peripherals. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I Updated my Dragon tonight and the Ram disappeared too. Seems to be a problem with the update 2.0.86.0.

Also noticed that my TForce Delta RGB RAM disappeared from the mystic light software. It's been working ever since but now I do not have control. I tried reinstalling the software but got the same issue. I have no other RGB software as well so it appears to be a problem with the latest update?

I'm having the same issue on my Meg x570 Ace, my Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro is  all of a sudden gone from the Dragon Center. What's going on!?

Edit: Solved the issue with a firmware update in the Corsair iCue software. RGB crisis averted.

This happened to me also, Trident Z Neo RGB, I installed the update and my RAM disappeared from the Dragon center, I have not been able to find a fix.....anyone else come up with a resolution yet? MSI never responds or blames it on something else, but obviously its an issue since lots of people are saying their RAM RGB control has disappeared after the update...to be clear the only item that disappeared was my RAM all other lighting still shows up.

Follow up: I went and reinstalled the older version and it works again, So its something to do with the new version after the update. So installing "Dragon Center-2.0.54.0" brought my lighting control back for my Trident Z Neo RGB Ram.

I reinstalled windows. I also have my issue fixed.

I believe that I have found the issue to this problem. I went through the most recent BIOS updates for my MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WIFI, and when I went to the latest version of Dragon Center, it immediately detected my G-Skill TridentZ RGB RAM. See if a BIOS FW update will help. If you haven't done one in a while, you will have to do the update manually via USB Flash Drive and Flash BIOS Button. Please feel  free to respond to this comment if you have anymore questions.

I had this exact problem after updating my chipset drivers and at least for Dragon Centre and Gskill Trident Z Neos the problem got fixed by running Dragon Centre as an administrator. Perhaps it can't access the ram LEDS unless its running as admin??
