Price aside, the Fuma 2 is the overall best out of the 3. If not much cooling is needed, the Ninja 5 can be quieter.

which is better

All compatibility have been checked

Fuma 2 is best performance

The ninja 5 runs a couple degrees hotter but is by far the quietest of them all

The arctic is cheap and good for it's price (it's intended price around 30$)

I would rather spend my money on a nice Scythe than a budget Arctic any day of the week.
