3600MHz vs 3733MHz

Option 1. Best spot for the infinity Fabric is 1800mhz which is 1 to 1 with 3600 ram. 

Which ram should i chose for ryzen 7 3700x and msi b550 tomahawk
Option nr 1: Patriot Viper Steel 16GB DDR4-3600MHz (PVS416G360C7K) CL-17-19-19-39 - price €70 = $83

Option nr 2: Patriot Viper Steel 16GB DDR4-3733MHz (PVS416G373C7K) CL-17-21-21-41 - price €77.9 = $92.5

I saw something about infinity fabric and the best raw memory latency was on 3733MHz ram so i dont know which 1 to get

I also did some math

17+19+19+39 = 94/4 = 23.5 = 3600MHz/23.5 = 153.19

17+21+21+41 = 100/4 = 25 = 3733MHz/25 = 149.32

Basically the 3600 gives a higher score. The difference isnt that big but sitll no point in giving $9.5 more for less performance.

The infinity fabric is almost always capable of running 1800, there are performance increases from running it higher but whehter or not it can is up to the silicon lottery. 3000 series cap at 1900 IF ~60% can do 1867 iirc 
I'm playing with my ram, my cpu won't boot above 1867 IF, at 3600mhz can't get under cl15, at 3733mhz I can still manage cl15, it's a small improvement but shows up in tests

It also depends on the motherboard, and which BIOS you're using. Updating the BIOS rendered my system unable to use 1900 on the IF, then a later update returned it, but never returned the RAM stability at that speed. (though it did fix many other problems, so I won't be going back)
