Is the pump/fans running? (Check pump RPM see if within spec for that model)
Is there good thermal contact between the coolers cold-plate and the CPU's IHS(heatspreader)?

Make sure the radiator has good airflow, clean if theres dust.

Also it might be software related that in the past the CPU wasnt really stressed but now after some use more programs have been installed and its just working harder.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

the pump is at 2615 rpm i have it set to extreme performance my fans i have on quiet because these fans can sound like a actual jet engine if not, and i thought i had good contact when i installed its on their as tight as possible
