Hello,

My friend has a 5 year old laptop that runs windows 10 (HDD) for the 3rd time this week, I ran the DSKCHK command in the troubleshooting page of windows (when it fails to boot) and it said there were errors, I tried to run the CHKDSK /F command but it said it couldn't do it? Can anyone explain how to run it?

It posts fine, but is having trouble booting,

Thanks!
