Need help with PSU choice for my new build. I have US $70 left for budget.

NewGuyInLTT

I have read the PSU tier list and I haven't seen some of the PSU's available in my country that's within my budget or I haven't looked clearly. I'm from the Philippines so the good psus that are in tier a and b are twice the price of the ones that are within my budget options. I converted the prices of the PSU options to US dollars to give an overview of how pricey they are.

My build parts:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

Mobo: B450 Aorus M

GPU: Palit GTX 1650 Super Storm 4gb

RAM: PNY 2x8gb DDR4 3200mhz ram

Monitor: 22 inch 60hz IPS monitor

@LukeSavenije I have read your tier list Sir. I have seen some of the PSU's listed here and I was wondering what would be the best option? I have US $70 left for my budget and I was wondering which PSU would be the best option if I don't plan on upgrading anything anytime soon.

Personally, the P650B would be the best choice for under $70, though I heard the MWE V2 Bronze is better (the full-range input version, like the pic you have implies, not the 230V only) if you can stretch the budget a little.
